Payment Information

Meeting registration costs can be paid via credit card.  Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Delegates may also pay by International Funds Transfer if required.

When your payment is received, you will receive a confirmation to the email address provided in your registration.

Please ensure that the entire specified amount is transferred (in USD) when making meeting registration payments. Delegates are responsible for the payment of all bank fees associated with sending wire transfers.

*Please note: delegates sending payment by wire transfer must ensure that their payment is received by the conference organiser on or before the early-bird cut-off date of 17 February, 2017.  If payment is not received on or before 17 February, registration fees will be automatically adjusted to reflect the regular rate and a new invoice will be sent by email.

 

Notes to include on your wire transfer

1. Include DELEGATE NAME and ORGANISATION on all wire transfers.

2. If payment is being made for more than one delegate, please indicate the names of ALL delegates for whom payment is being made as a reference.

3. Delegates are responsible for the payment of all bank fees associated with sending wire transfers.

4. All wire transfers must be received on or before 17 February, 2017 in order to receive the early-bird registration fee. If payment is not received on or before 17 February, the early-bird rate will be removed and the regular rate will be applied.  No exceptions will be permitted.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted by email to info@iaf-ilac-meetings.org. All email correspondence must originate from the account on the record of registration in order to be considered a valid request. Cancellations received on or before 1 March, 2017 GMT-5 will receive a full refund less a USD 75.00  administration fee. Cancellations received on, or after 2 March, 2017 will not be eligible to receive a refund.
